Inocare Pharm is a young company with mixed ownership, founded in 2014 by professionals with extensive experience in the medical and business fields.

Its first investment in Romanian pharmaceutical company Inocare Pharm strengthens Romania’s position as a strategic regional hub for providing high-quality ophthalmic solutions and services across the Balkans and CIS*.

Nice, France – Bucharest, Romania, 5 November 2024. Horus Pharma, an independent French ophthalmology leader, has announced its first investment outside France through the acquisition of a significant stake in Inocare Pharm, a Romanian company based in Bucharest. The strategic acquisition reflects Horus Pharma’s ambition to strengthen its international presence by acquiring established companies with strong reputations in their local markets.
